Reset! vs Birdee (Cheap Thrills / Southern Fried / MofoHifi)
The two kings of Italian turbofunk playing back-to-back for the first time! Expect full frontal electro funk party mayhem.
Bobby Tank – LIVE (MofoHifi)
‘An Amazing new producer’ – Huw Stephens – Radio One
‘I love this so much’ – Eddy Temple Morris
‘Massive, massive summer vibes’ – Zane Lowe
Possibly the most exciting electronic act to come out of the UK this year. Championed heavily by Zane Lowe (Next Hype) and virtually the entire Radio One specialist team. Check out his awesome barrage of post-dubstep beats with ’80s synth-funk mayhem.
Phonat vs 5eya (Nu Disco set) (MofoHifi)
‘Phonat is EASILY the most under-rated producer out there now. Fuck, he’s amazing. I do not know why he isn’t the biggest thing out there.’ – Skrillex
Maverick electronic genius Phonat and his longtime collaborator 5eya join forces for a rare back-to-back Nu Disco set.
DiscoSocks – LIVE (MofoHifi)
Classic disco and funk glitched, re-edited and pumped up on the fly, with live slap bass and percussion, and usually unnecessary displays of toplessness from the man himself. Never fails to get the party started.
rednpink – LIVE PA
London’s finest and feistiest girl duo treat us to their irrepressible fusion of grime, dubstep, punk, ska and pop.
Fanny Games (MofoHifi)
Eccentric Italian electro disco duo kick things off. We’ll have them back for their intense and manic live band show next time, but this week they’re warming up for the rest of the gang.
